Dane Soderberg is the #1 highest-performing Compass agent in San Diego and ranks amongst the top 1% of all agents in San Diego County,. He leads Dane Soderberg& Associates at Compass from the heart of La Jolla (7863 Girard Ave, Suite 208). Focused on precision pricing, disciplined presentation, and unmatched access, Dane has closed $100M+ in the past 12 months, serving sellers and buyers across La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and coastal San Diego.
His advantage is network and execution. Clients tap into Dane’s private channel of fellow agents, qualified buyers, and best-in-class vendors—often unlocking off-market opportunities. The team’s track record includes the MUSE La Jolla assignment, where a fresh brand strategy, luxury staging, and targeted PR moved 14 residences in 13 months, and a La Jolla record of $2,644.50 per square foot.
Industry recognition mirrors the results: San Diego Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence, Compass Platinum Awards (2017 & 2018 for $50M+ in sales), San Diego Business Journal “Best of San Diego,” and the Wall Street Journal / RealTrends “Best in Real Estate” list—backed by consistent five-star client reviews. Above all, Dane’s approach is simple and effective: listen first, align on timing and value, and keep emotion from derailing smart decisions.
